Job Scope:
HR Executive
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for employees.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Participate in payroll procedures.
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Contribute to performance evaluations of staff.
- Generate HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
HR Manager
- Collaborate closely with the Business Partner and HR centers to support operational functions such as Manpower Planning, Talent & Development, Labor & Employee Relations, etc.
- Coordinate with the Company Legal Counsel in managing any relations court cases when necessary.
- Provide advice to managers and staff on employment legislation.
Supervise all employee services. - Monitor and provide advice on the department's operational budget.
