Job scope:
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing, ASEAN and working closely with the local sales team as well as the other functional leaders, the marketing specialist (contract) is responsible for supporting our ASEAN team to implement local programs to create increased awareness, generate leads and advance opportunities.
- Coordinate Marketing Programs comprising of direct mail, email, e-Newsletters, executive events, telemarketing, content syndication, LinkedIn, webinars, seminars and tradeshows – that deliver on pre-defined awareness / consideration goals and revenue objectives
- Drive execution with outsourced marketing agencies and partners to ensure the execution of integrated marketing programs are smooth and lead flows in SFDC and reporting in PowerBI are accurate.
- Assist in running campaign performance reports for post analysis and evaluation on all programs and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with APAC marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, procurement, sales teams and partners to roll out various marketing campaigns according to the global marketing guideline and local business strategy
- Support financial management, including processing quotations and invoicing
- Establish and manage relationship with strategic alliance partners
- Collaborate with team members to support non-demand generation activities for Country market presence and objectives through PR, social media and customer advocacy
Primary Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
- 1 to 5 years relevant marketing experience
- Self-starter who is able to work closely with internal stakeholders, strategic partners and channels based throughout 6 ASEAN countries
- Fresh degree holders with relevant internship / temporary jobs experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Strong event and campaign management skills with ability to multi-task timelines
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Oracle ERP
- Familiar with SFDC and PowerBI
- Good attention for detail and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to be accountable for projects from conception to implementation, including budget
