Our Client:
Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We seek an Airport Coordinator to achieve counter sales goals and business objectives in the travel retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales
· Conduct regular counter meetings to give direction and update BAs on counter sales.
· Responsible for a regular report on sell-through figures, tracking of new launches and update on commentary reports.
Efficient Management of Daily Counter Operations and General Administration
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with colleagues, management, host retailer, and internal/external stakeholders.
· Supervise daily counter duties such as housekeeping, merchandising, and ensuring availability of stocks, testers and printed materials
Management of Stock Inventory
· Identify slow products and develop a weekly push list of items for concentrated selling.
· Maintain a current list of out-of-stock items.
Development and Management of Counter Staff
· Conduct regular counter meetings to give direction and update BAs on counter sales.
· Responsible for a regular report on sell-through figures, tracking of new launches and update on commentary reports.
