Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to perform the full cycle of warehouse activities based on company's policies.
- Liaise with 3PL providers to oversee incoming, warehousing, distribution, and operation maintenance.
- Adhere to the warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation regulations.
- Manage inventory control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Lead and manage warehouse security measures to keep KCR certification.
- Prepare an annual budget, reports, and statistics (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistic companies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Operation, and Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Possess 5 years of experience as a Manager in a Semiconductor / OEM Industries.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Good leadership with supervisory experience in leading a team.
- Strong in decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
