The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in the APMEA region, to drive customer and consumer satisfaction. Be the contact point between Marketing, Product Management and Sales to achieve sales KPIs.
The Trade Marketing Executive reports to the Regional Marketing Leader & support Country Sales Leads in all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute the agreed trade marketing strategy with the Regional Marketing Leader
- Improve webstore(s) visibility and overall traffic; leverage social media to build genuine brand advocacy across product categories; liaise with Regional Marketing team to ensure timely and gold class product content on marketplace
- Create point of sales materials, ensuring the desired product benefits are properly communicated
- Support the development and execution of all in-store promotions and marketing activities/events at retail level to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales/traffic
- Develop and execute paid digital marketing activities, including advertising on search platforms, social media platforms and display platforms
- Create high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy in line with brand guidelines as part of campaign execution.
- Manage, plan and track advertising budget in accordance with product roadmaps to meet revenue objectives.
- Analysis of campaign results and effectiveness and discover actionable insights for campaign strategies across our target audiences and communicating performance to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with different departments and external parties for all trade marketing issues.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business or related field. Preferably major in Marketing/ Digital/ Social Media Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years recent experience in trade marketing in consumer electronics, sports fashion or FMCG sectors
- Hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
- Experience in working with digital and media agencies to manage campaign and media performances
- Knowledge in ecommerce platform operations is preferred
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently & meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
