HR Cum Admin Assistant | Payroll | Tuas
Working Hours: Monday –Thursday – 8.00am to 5.30pm, Friday – 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: $1,900 - $2,700 (Depending on experience)
Location: Tuas Close View(Transport picks up at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT)
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Payroll
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Involved in Recruitment Process – schedules job interviews.
- Prepare HR document (ex: employment contract for new hire)
- Apply / cancellation Work Pass
- Updating Internal HR Data base
- Organizing and maintaining personnel record, organization chart etc.
- Plan and arrange training for staff.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR related issued
- Assist in MOM Survey.
Corporate Level
- Assist on ISO documents and other corporate certification application and/or renewal.
- Communicating with external partners to renew company vehicle insurance.
- Corporate mobile line renewal and etc.
- Other day to day activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Possesses a Certificate in HR or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Excellent knowledge of labour/employment laws, prevailing market practices and government initiatives
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
