The Job:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to:
- Research market trends, conduct surveys, analyse data from competitors to identify patterns of potential improvements.
- Analyse business operations, acquisition costs and customer retention to measure effectiveness of campaign strategies.
- Determine the brand position of the company within the industry.
- Analyse customer database to determine propensity to up-sell and cross-sell to increase customer lifetime value.
- Analyse affinity partnership base to determine potential of the partnership and business opportunities.
- Analyse trends and forecasts to recommend improvements to the business processes.
- Organize and analyse data, create charts and graphs, and present findings to the leadership team.
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data strategies.
The Requirements:
- Strong academic background with degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science or other quantitative discipline
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Q) to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and present findings in a structured and understandable format.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings to diverse audiences.
