We have various roles available depending on your skills and availability.
1) Full-time Pastry Baker - Specialise in frosting cakes and making our entrements
2) Part-time Cake Baker- Specialise in baking of sponges, buns and cookies

Location: 3020 Ubi Ave 2(Near Macpherson MRT, 5 mins walk)
Working hours : 44hrs Tues to Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 8am to 12pm. (We can make sunday off-day if required).

Job Scope
• Bake cake sponge, cookies, make sauces and buns according to recipes with consistency and care, training will be provided
• Cut, frost, pack finished goods
• Ensure the proper usage of ingredients and minimise food waste
• Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
• Help pass cakes to customers when required
• Basic cake decorating experience (Bonus for part-time, A must-have for fulltime)
• Inventory management
• Any other tasks as required by the company
Requirements:
• Certificate in Bakery Skills or its equivalent, min 2 years experience
• SFA Food Hygiene Certified
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Meticulous and strong attention to detail
