SRS is seeking customer-oriented individuals responsible for upholding, maintaining the our clients's reputation and offering a dependable top-notch client experience throughout the entire client journey. The successful candidate must be comfortable with retail working hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and receive customers in an approachable, professional, and prompt manner
- Handle the Queue Management System (QMS), manage the flow of walk-in customers and customers with appointment bookings
- Attend to all enquiries posed by customers with quality service and being prompt in responding to their concerns
- Undertake ad-hoc boutique assignments/events as and when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ’O’ level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service in retail/hospitality environment is preferred
- Weekly Alternate 5 and 6 working days and able to commit to retail working hours
- Physically fit as required to stand for long hours
- Neat and presentable
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanour
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Possess a passion / interest in luxury retail or fashion
- Pro-active and take initiatives
- Personal Attire Required - Black long sleeve smart collared shirt, Black smart pants and Black smart shoes
