Familiar with usage of commonly-used QC testing / measuring instrument, CMM, Measuring Equipment , GD&T, short for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Capable of using measuring instruments - Micrometre, Bore Gauge, Profile Projector etc.
· Organised, methodical, meticulous, pro-active
· Visual Inspection, hardness testing
· Able to follow through with colleagues and vendors in a firm manner to ensure quality requirements are upheld and faults rectified
· Responsible, team player, able to communicate and integrate
· Ad hoc duties may be assigned
· Perform product inspections, in-process inspections, and Final inspections prior to delivery
· Prepare QC reports
· Communicate in-house and with vendors and products Quality Incoming and outgoing control, and follow up to ensure rectification
· Knowledge of ISO Standard
