Large format printing and event set-up company looking to hire junior project coordinators. Will be working in a fast paced environment and skills will be taught on the job.
Job responsibilities and descriptions:
- Working in a team with a lead project manager
- Liasing with clients and relevant departments after confirmation of jobs
- Execution of job orders and dissemniation of information to the relevant departments
- Simple proof reading to ensure printed
- Other paperwork, filing and admin tasks when required
- To attend site meetings with clients
- Working closely with the team to keep track of job progress and the admin department to draft out reports
- Familiar with using office software (Eg: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- To be present during site set-ups to oversee installation team when needed
