Job Descriptions
Oversee and manage project management and grant administration efforts for R&D projects, including to:
- Monitor project progress
- Ensure the timely submission of audit and progress reports by grantees
- Check and process claims submitted by grantees, as well as process invoices raised by Finance for disbursement of grant funding to grantees
- Support the department in providing updates to relevant agencies on budget projections, project progress, and funding utilisation for R&D funds;
- Work with Finance to streamline grant administration and project management processes, including exploring the use of digital tools and data analytics to support these efforts;
- Improve grants governance processes; including ensuring that the handbook adheres to guidelines and up to date where necessary.
- Provide support in organising and supporting workshops and meetings where needed.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in Informatic Technology/ Computer Science/ Data Analytic or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in data analytics/automation tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, RPA) is advantageous.
