- Position: Logistic Coordinator (Operations -WMS)
- Location: Benoi
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3800+ AWS and OT

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any logistical challenges and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to maintain accurate records and track all incoming materials within the system, enabling seamless monitoring and availability for deployment.
- Oversee quality control measures to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular ground material checks to verify the accuracy and condition of incoming shipments, including racks, machine trays, and cables.
- Manage and process orders for hardware racks, machine trays, cables, and related materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery to meet project timelines.
- Address any issues related to tracking systems promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor lead times and communicate effectively with vendors to prevent delays in hardware delivery.
- Supporting Supervisor and team members:
- Assist the team supervisor by providing necessary data, reports, and insights into material availability, status, and forecasts, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.
- Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
