Job Description:
- Monitor and track news stories across various media channels.
- Draft content for social media and print media, including notices, advisories, and posters.
- Administer and coordinate the production of corporate communication collaterals, such as banners.
- Work with residents on S&CC (Service and Conservancy Charges) arrears management.
- Assist in events management, contributing to planning and execution.
- Undertake other duties on an ad-hoc basis as required.
- Report directly to the Public Relations Manager, providing updates on media monitoring, content creation, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including residents, schools, and VWOs, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in mass communication or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in communications / public relations / marketing / journalism / events management
- Strong writing skills with attention to details
