OUTLET MANAGER
Roles & Responsiblities
- Manage the outlet and ensure smooth operations on daily basis
- Supervise and ensure team comply with the company standards and follow SOP to achieve customer service excellence
- Responsible in talent development, staff training and orientation for new hires
- Responsible for manpower planning for weekly duty roster
- Lead and manage the team in achieving outlet’s KPI
- Responsible for purchasing and ensure inventory management in order
- Responsible in outlet expansion planning, renovation works and execution
- Assist in any other operational related projects
Job Requirements
- Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player
- Possess leadership & managerial skills
- Customer service oriented and problems solver
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in entertainment industry or related field
- Experience in operations duties in Family KTV is mandatory
- Comfortable using computers, excel spreadsheet or google sheets for reporting purposes.
- Able to commit 6 days work weeks with shift hours, mainly night shift according to outlet’s operating hours
- Able to commit to work on weekends
