Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper maintenance, coordinating repairs and upgrades of all plant equipment and managing relationships with external service providers. Maintain proper maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Assist in manufacturing standard operating procedure outlining and reviewing.
  • Ensuring all operations activity compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 audit matters.
  • Keep track of the stock level of the equipment spare parts and consumables.
  • Supervising and providing guidance to a group of production technicians and operator in the safe and smooth running of the production and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and quality of the products.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues and challenges that may arise during the production process.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of Company objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering or other related field.
  • Min. 3 years of work experience. Prior experience in operations management, facility management within semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment or similar high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
  • A meticulous approach to quality control and adherence to SOP.
  • Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, willing to work extra hours and manage work efforts on multiple projects according to assigned priorities.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize work-load, systematic and make sound decisions – expected to have a high level of resilience, initiative, interpersonal skill, pro-active, driven to excel and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Willing to respond to emergency situations (if necessary).
  • Willing to travel if required (if necessary).
