The Product Performance Management Lead Specialist/ "Wholesale Lending Credit Risk (WLCR) Product Manager (Liquidity Management Services)” is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. The candidate will be responsible to work with the Global Liquidity Management, Payments and Receivables Product, Cluster and Country teams to drive the strategic implementation of the WLCR program and streamline the use of credit and liquidity in TTS for the purpose of clearing payments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current state process, infrastructure and policies to articulate improvement areas with the objective of streamlining credit and liquidity usage within the global WLCR framework.
- Create a best in class, global model for credit and balance consumption for payment processing.
- Identify data, process, regulatory and policy differences and create a plan to remediate the identified differences.
- Act as the subject matter expert on credit lines and balance usage by clients, articulate a vision and plan aligned with WLCR strategy to create the best-in-class client experience operating across Liquidity Management and Payments.
- Deliver on Regulatory Business Critical Milestone (RBCM) commitments to transform credit and balance usage process, infrastructure and reporting in Asia.
- Integrate WLCR offerings seamlessly with prevalent and emerging payment methods as well as liquidity management practices such as liquidity sharing.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for Citi clients.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience with Banks.
- Good understanding of Credit Risk and Liquidity Management Systems within BFSI.
- Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline.
- Experience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutions.
- Ability to make complex judgments and provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
- In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions.
- Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.
- Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
- Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers.
