Responsibilities
1. Understand, plan and execute projects’ contractual & technical requirements and deliverables,
2. Responsible for all project operations, from project quotation preparation, engineering design to procurement, project kick off, project execution, site installation, site inspections, attend and minute internal & external meetings,
3. Prepare and submit Pre-condition site survey reports, material submittals, Work progress reports, project handover reports, COC, Billing and invoices,
4. Lead & coordinate with all internal departments, external parties such as consultants, relevant Authorities, vendors & suppliers etc,
5. Manage assigned project sites work schedule, budget, work safety compliance, project resources, tools, equipment, materials & consumables,
6. Provide technical support, effective training and coaching to assigned project teams,
7. Manage and maintain good and effective working relationship with clients and end users,
8. Manage & enforce effective work processes & safe work practices to enhance performance level and service excellence to customers
9. Motivate and manage cross-functional, multi-site teams on projects from inception to closure
10. Manage & enforce staff compliance to company’s code of conduct and disciplinary procedure,
11. Support Organizational transformation objectives & continuous improvement drives to meet/exceed company objectives and mission,
12. To support other work/project assignments by project manager,
13. Oversee day to day operational matters and challenges.
