Job Descriptions

  • As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the revenue growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationship with key stakeholders, and execute the sales strategy to drive export sales along with other commercial projects such as e-Commerce while selling high quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers in the international markets and ensuring excellence customer experience.
  • You will work closely with the Executive Director and General Managers of subsidiaries countries to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our product offerings and increase market share across Asia in China, Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia, mainly.
  • The successful candidate would join our team and concentrate on driving business growth across the region with exposure across all aspects of the business and all levels of leadership in the business, providing a perfect career springboard into the business as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.


Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Management and Commercial team to drive and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
  • Proactively identify partner and pursue new business opportunities to achieve regional sales and volume targets in accordance with the Company’s strategic plan.
  • Responsible for leading the company’s online sales performance including digital marketing and e-Commerce Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams for monthly master business activities plan and ensure excellent execution.
  • Partnering with Operation team to coordinate projects and accounts management for excellence customer experience.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and prepare reports on competitor intelligence, pricing analysis, market trends and market visits.
  • Networking opportunities at industry events to build and manage long-term relationship with business partners for business expansion.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements, when necessary.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing; in the associated industries would be a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership, and leadership.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate; prioritise, and multitask.
  • A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and/or cross-cultural team.
  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills, with the ability to write business plan and proposals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); candidates with digital transformation expertise would be a plus.
  • The role is required moderate travel.


Other Information:

  • Working Location: 48 Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub
  • 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (8:45am to 6.00pm)
