Operation Executive

Chariots Capital Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization including of Co-living properties.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support operational activities and meet organizational targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing operations.
  • Dealing with tenant issues and complaints to find resolutions that work for everyone.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget for co-living properties.
  • Developing and deploying new SOPs to ensure consistency of quality and performance standards.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess and improve overall functionality.
  • Having excellent project management skills


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
