· Position: Senior Finance Manager
· Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + GOOD Performance Bonus (3 - 6 months)

Main Responsibilities:
· Manages accounting functions, reviewing of reports, statistics detailing financial results.
· Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations.
· Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
· Review month end closing of accounts.
· Manages the preparation of the company's budget.
· Review monthly financial statements consolidation for the group.
· Forecasts cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
· Review monthly consolidated accounts, quarterly and year end results announcement to SGX-ST and ensures compliance with Singapore FRS and other statutory requirements.
· Review the Annual Report
· Oversee both local and overseas subsidiaries and joint venture companies.
· Supervises professional and clerical accounting employees in daily operation.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification
· At least of 5 years of relevant working experience in an MNC/Listed company
· Experience in shipyard/construction/marine industry preferred
· Handled AP/AR, knowledge in GST and MES will be at an advantage
