Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives
Oversee, coordinate, and perform technical aspects of project, with guidance, based on type of project manager support required (e.g., engineer, quality, scheduler)
Review, evaluate, approve, and monitor cost schedule and technical scope baselines
Ensure the preparation of required project documentation
Contribute to communication plan and change management elements
Determine long lead items for pre-order requirements
Schedule and coordinate activities and resources needed for efficient execution of work
Promptly notify the Client PM when priorities, resource conflicts, and/or long lead items prevent meeting the deadline for completion of planned work so that appropriate action can be taken to adjust project schedules
Request assistance from management when conflicts arise concerning resource allocation to work load requirements
Prepare project status reports, and provide data to others for reporting as needed
