Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams (engineering, design, marketing) to achieve effective cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate with design teams to create a user-friendly loan product experience and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams - writing user stories and not shying away from technical discussions is key for this role.
- Planning tech and business demos - you will be building technical milestones to iterate working software and get it infront of users
- Facilitate an agile development and delivery process - you will be owning your share of the product backlog and learning how to pivot according to customer feedback and market conditions.
- Project manage efficiently - being able to track, prioritise and make your work visible in a team will be essential
- Leading outcome driven product development - knowing your numbers is important, success is defined by achieving the outcome and less on deploying to production
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or discipline
- Experience within a startup environment, either as a product manager or any operations function
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Must be Singaporean or PR
