Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure collaboration between QA/QC team and construction team for ensuring inspection and testing requirement are fulfilled and achieved requirement as per contract
- Coordinate with Project Director/ Manager in determined quality objective and target for the project
- Monitor the implementation of project plan
- Monitoring audit program and site inspection involving client’s Quality representative
- Monitoring and audit program on QA/QC records and archiving of records in Document controller.
- To attend the weekly safety committee meeting and discuss the current activities and associated risks. Coordinate with Client for developing and updating the Construction Risk register and follow up implementing effective control measures
- To coordinate to update Project Risk Register via ARM and update the register every month.
- To measure against implementation of control measures in construction risk register developed and approved by the client
- Develop and coordinate strategic initiatives that identify and formulate solutions to existing problems with the QMS and implement improvements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- 10 years experience with at least 5 years as Management Representative as described in ISO 9001
- Broad knowledge of the construction fields especially from a quality perspective in M&E/ Data Centre projects
- Experience in the implementation of Quality training programs from basic up to complex skills.
