Work Days & Hours: Mon - Thurs, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform onboarding of all applications and change requests from customers
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications received on a daily basis
- Perform ad hoc mass maintenance of existing merchant profiles
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders
- Support department projects and initiatives
