Job Description:
- Administer a full spectrum of training and development functions including proper training records maintenance in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), generate training and development statistics, handle all training registration and training grant administration
- Administer Training Needs Analysis and compile the training catalogue and training plan
- Review, recommend and advise on all course applications to ensure relevancy to Company and employee’s development needs
- Coordinate training activities, conduct staff orientation training and evaluate training effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partnering team
- Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling of interviews
- Provide administrative support for staff medical claims.
- Involve in staff welfare activities and provide support in staff welfare activities and workplace health program, if any
- Any other duties as assigned.
