Job Description
- Support recruitment exercise, and onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
- Manage foreign employee work pass-related matters
- Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
- Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
- Manage Leave and files in the Workday system
- Reporting HR administrative such as maintaining files, and employee information in the Workday system
- Manage daily operations issues
- Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
Requirements
- Diploma in HR/ Business
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Cheerful and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
