The Executive Crew is a role model within the outlets, embodying customer service excellence. This position involves working across island-wide outlets, performing service crew duties while observing challenges and recommending strategies for improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Flexibility and Adaptability (Due to Island-Wide Deployment):
- Display flexibility in deployment across various outlets, adapting quickly to different environments and operational needs.
- Support outlets during peak times or special events as required.
Service Excellence:
- Deliver consistent and exceptional service standards to customers by displaying a friendly, welcoming demeanour and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and always inviting environment within the outlet, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
Preparation Partner:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and cooking of food items before operational hours, maintaining quality and freshness.
- Uphold food safety standards, following established recipes and procedures for food preparation.
Food Service Partner:
- Engage customers courteously, prepare orders accurately, and provide informed recommendations based on menu offerings.
- Address customer queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Serve orders promptly and accurately, paying attention to presentation and adhering to service standards.
Cashiering Duties:
- Process customer transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently.
- Maintain POS (Point-of-sale), reconcile sales transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Observation and Improvement:
- Observing and identifying outlet challenges related to operational processes, work environment, and conditions.
- Recommend and highlight strategies to improve work processes, enhance the work environment, and address challenging conditions within outlets.
