Based in Singapore office, you are part of Network Expertise & Innovation Team, in charge of Network / VoIP Infrastructures/Solutions Evolution and Transformation projects. You will also be providing support during major or critical production incidents.

Your main Responsibility include, but not limited to:

60% - Participation to VoIP Transformation project:

· Migration from Cisco on-premises solution to Microsoft Teams and eco-system

· Migration from local PSTN (public call network) access to regional SIP hub (SIP protocol)

· Devices policy and catalog definition

· Business needs analysis in technical projects context – Functional requirements and technical specifications document realization

· Technical Service requests implementation – Configuration modification and expertise requests management

40% - Level 3 Support

· Providing Level 3 Support on VoIP and network incidents for Users on both new and legacy systems.

· Incidents and problems management: technical analysis, coordination in incident resolution, RCA

We are looking for a team-player, with good communication and initiative to join us. It is highly preferable if you understand all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud, etc.

Minimum requirement:

· A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar field from a reputable education institute

· Around 7 years of experience as VoIP function, familiar with Cisco, CUCM v12, CUC, CUAC, UCCX, Jabber

· Around 3 recent years of experience, in Microsoft Teams, Direct routing, SIP, Audiocodes SBC (ARM, OVOC)

· Ability to work autonomously and well in a multi-national matrix set-up

Good to Have knowledge

· LAN/WIFI (Switching/Routing/Segmentation) : Cisco, Cisco ACI, Meraki…

· Filtering/VPN/IPS : Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet

· New add: Contact Center, and Salesforce Integrate with UC system
