Job Description
Overseeing the daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Achieve monthly sales target by ensuring superior customer service and addressing customers’ concerns professionally.
Manage the outlet and manpower planning to ensure smooth operation
Manage the ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking on inventory of goods and supplies to ensure freshness and prevent loss.
Taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Process customers’ orders promptly and correctly.
Handle customers’ payments and cash accurately.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and hygiene as per KSL SOPs and WSH regulations.
Assist to prepare traditional local coffee, tea and other hot beverages
Follow SOP
Ensure quality and safe for consumption food is served
Ensure good customer service
Inventory and cost control such as food wastage, minimise spoilages and portion control
Perform other duties/tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement

Self-driven and possess good learning attitude
Independent and able to multi task
Willing to work at multiple locations, as rostered
Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
