We are looking for a Lead / Senior Product UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile apps, preferably with UI/UX design experience in graphic editing software.
Responsibilities
As our UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for the following duties and requirements:
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to inform the design process.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine design concepts.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Requirements
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and creative designer with a strong background in UI/UX design. You should have the following skills and qualities:
- At least 3 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, familiar with the design process and best practices for web and mobile apps.
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate user feedback and research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Experience in Technology company is a plus.
- Knowledge in photo and video editing will be a plus
