Our Client is a Japan MNC specialize in imaging and information technologies. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive (AP) to be part of their team for maternity cover. They are located in the Central and are easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly closing tasks, use SAP for transactions, and create HQ reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements, manage inter-company balances, and update customer records.
- Handle tax-related duties, process withholding tax payments, and assign GST codes in invoices.
- Verify employee expense claims, ensure GST compliance with reimbursement policy via Concur.
- Post and process vendor invoices through Esker and SAP, ensuring timely payments.
- Review GST permits, reconcile with SAP or bank deductions.
- Prepare monthly and yearly audit schedules for internal and external audits.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or related fields, Diploma holders with extensive supervisory experience may also be considered.
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficient in SAP FICO module and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation).
- Good working knowledge of IFRS & Singapore Tax Regulations.
