Responsibilities
· Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
· Ensure cleanliness and good ambient within the restaurant and have tables ready for dine-in customers
· Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
· Answer questions or make recommendations (new products, offers) to customers
· Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
· To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations
· Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
· Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
