Main Responsibilities:
· Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
· Prepare monthly accounts schedules and assist in monthly financial closing and reporting of subsidiaries.
· Review and verify financial statements of subsidiaries to ensure accuracy.
· Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances.
· Liaise with entities to support Group statutory reporting requirements.
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Professional Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification.
· 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience in full set of accounts.
· Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
· Collaborative, flexible, proactive, and positive working attitude with self-motivation.
· Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online is an advantage.
· Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
