Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients
- Understanding the requirements and functional design
- Performing Build and Unit Test
- Providing bug fix support for system testing
- Developing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Involves managing IT service delivery processes, maintaining the stability and performance of the IT environment
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any related majors
- Must have excellent proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
