Our close client, a Leader in the Banking space is on the search for a well experienced Program/Project Leader with domain expertise in CRM technologies as part of a strategic, Multi-Year Transformation initiative.
You will be accountable for managing resources and delivery of the program, stakeholders across different territories, and external vendors/relationships.
Requirements:
- Program delivery experience in CRM and related technologies, in the FSI sector
- Strong experience managing/allocation of resources, budgets
- Well versed in Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skillsets
- Strong communication, analytical and consultative skillsets
