Position Overview:
- Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.
- To support the Sales function & grow the company’s overall sales
- Identify sales gaps & opportunities.
- Provide Sales support in terms of data analysis, meeting customers’ requests and identify new market trends.
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate and Support
- Work closely with the Sales Team and internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
2. Sales Reporting and CRM Management
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools/system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Update customer records, document sales interactions, and generate reports on sales performance and metrics.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management / GCE ‘A’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level
- Strong Organization Skills
- Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Adaptable and a Team Player
- Computer Proficiency including the knowledge of Pivoting Table is an advantage
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related role would be beneficial.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems
