Responsibilities:
- Oversee the call center department.
- Handle incoming calls and feedback from emails or texts.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and schedule meetings with them to complete orders
- Arrange and oversee communications, reports, or paperwork with clients and suppliers.
- File a report for any booking system errors.
- Additional ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant studies
- At least 4-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience in customer service with tech companies is preferred
