The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the sales teams, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns & manage all sales requirement set the by the management.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Oversee all daily, weekly, monthly and etc sales targets.
- Manage and maintain sales and staff as well as monitoring & evaluate all necessary sales/service performances.
- Ability to identify and interact with customers and keep an optimum communication channel.
- Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situation between customers or staffs.
- Have good sales knowledge and management skills to handle the sales aspects.
- Effective leadership skills and a good foresight for sales requirement.
