Priority Consultants

  • Provide direct support to the chief executive on all the government, legal and compliance matters of the organisation and as appropriate, coordinate, and prepare all required submissions and documentation for ACRA, MoM, CPF, GeBiz and all others.
  • Identify, prepare and coordinate any applications for funding, subsidies, student internships and any other (government) initiatives that will be beneficial to the organisation as a whole.
  • Provide direct support to the directors to support the marketing activities and where required with other members of the team.
  • Coordinate the internal management reporting with the various teams and senior staff including the Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Board reports and required updates on performance.
  • Manage the HR functions from staff recruitment, employment contract negotiations through to training and professional skills development. Working with other staff, this will entail the in-house skills development courses, identifying opportunities for individual coaching and ensuring the organisation provides a positive working environment and culture. As necessary you may be required to develop HR policies to ensure the organisation fairly sets out personal goals, measures staff performance and operates on a fair and transparent basis in support of career progression and remuneration.
  • Support the finance team through securing quotations for goods and services, manage the third-party contracts. Provide oversight on the organisation’s online and technology setup including our Internet hosting company, IT support, and all the various providers
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of the office including pantry and stationery supplies - In addition, we have shared this is a period of high potential growth and there may be other activities and areas that are within your mandate to manage and deliver
