Role description:
The individual will engage customers/prospects through value selling, with key focus on cybersecurity products and services. A strong emphasis on upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts assigned.
Ideal Profile
- Min. 3 years of experience in engaging customers in a B2B environment
- Experience in providing IT solutions and services is preferred
- Self-motivated with growth mindset to drive results and take on challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve sales objectives
- New customer acquisition
- Manage and grow existing portfolio assigned.
- Prompt engagement on the leads assigned
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with clients, providing high quality customer experience
