We are looking for a Regional Finance Manager that combines Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling and to support the APAC Commercial team. The position will be based in Singapore and will report into the APAC Regional Finance Head.
The role will be responsible for:
Business Partnership and Performance controlling
- Achieve financial targets with business partner(s) by analyzing financial results; providing insights and ensuring compliance and integrity
- Tracking KPIs
- Monitor Countries performance in target fulfillment
- Challenge the teams on the current ways of working and aim to achieve increase in efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate together with the APAC Regional Finance Head the Annual Budget and the Quarterly Forecasts
- Review Business cases for investments or M&A activities.
Management Reporting
- Develop reports to support closing process, variance analysis, forecasting & budgeting of Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A Expenses and other metrics
- Review the monthly performance of the markets and the Region as a whole
- Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team on various initiatives or analytics
- Monthly standard reporting and ad-hoc analytics for both Wholesale and Retail
- Key contributor on the preparation of presentations to Group Management.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance professional with strong expertise in Business Partnering and Financial Controlling, preferably working in large global organizations. S/He will have strong communication skills to work with internal teams and major stakeholders within the corporate functions to resolve complex issues.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy Business Management or any other related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in business partnering and controlling
- P&L management experience with strong business acumen and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work and build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven capability to present and simplify solutions to complex issues to stakeholders
- Proficient in excel and prior experience with databases is a must.
