THE ROLE


As our Video Production Intern, it is ideal that you are a bright, curious creative and approachable person. You are someone who understands the brief strategically, is able to propose relevant solutions/touchpoints, before creating videos for social media, websites and ads. You will also be working closely with the creative team to support in content creation on video production.

You will be tasked to assist and report to our in-house videographer - and will take an active role in all disciplines fromvisual storytelling such as directing, conceptual storyboarding from pre to post production.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE


We are looking for a responsible candidate who can:

  • Edit footage, sound files, create and animate motion graphics, adding music/VO/special effects.
  • Able to handle camera and lighting equipment like strobes (eg. profoto) and constant lights (eg. Aputure), setting up c-stands, light stands, etc.
  • Be organised with archiving files.
  • Assist the team with pre-production work (ie. storyboarding and creating/collaborating on production decks)
  • Think different, is willing to take risks and can handle rejection/criticism constructively
  • Monitor the condition of equipment including video production lighting, sound, rigging equipment; arranges for the repair and replacement; performs preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Value-add to our creative process. A solution-seeker who is confident in your abilities to create meaningful production work, that aligns with our objectives
  • Assist with Video/Photo shoots, as well as other ad-hoc duties when required
  • Work effectively within a team and can communicate his/her ideas & feedback constructively
  • Support other ad-hoc request from corporate and any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months. Extension available (subject to business needs)
  • Proficiently work across the Adobe Creative Suite. (Particularly in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro)
  • Kindly include a portfolio or work samples showcasing creative storytelling in videography in your resume
  • Graphic design capabilities and AR Digital Design are desirable
