General Job Descriptions
- Trade support, work closely with traders for trade execution.
- Preparing contracts, Proforma Invoice, shipment plans
- To ensure that the necessary documentation and operation processes for import or export trade (If any) activities are carried out under controlled conditions.
- Oversees the administration of the day-to-day operations of the transportation and shipping process to ensure all compliance in all shipping documentation and procedures are carried out.
- Interpreting customers' shipping expectations and requirements into our internal processes to ensure compliance and to interface with multi-levels of inter-company and suppliers for the shipments.
- Maintain the high accuracy of the operation with the team.
- Monitor incoming funds/payment receipts.
- Prepare reconciliation and statements.
- Keeping proper records for all sales and purchase transactions
- Prior knowledge of trading/shipping is an advantage
- The candidate is expected to work after office hours, if need be.
Requirements:
· Diploma and Above
· Experience in ship management/oil trading industry is highly preferable
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to work independently and as a team and to take initiative in implementing improvements
