Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ground activation and implementation of overall Key Account Plans and organize effective promotional activities;
- Stay abreast with market/industry trends, market developments, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and to meet evolving requirements;
- Responsible for analyzing brand sales performance and executing brand plans to achieve overall Key Account targets, including volume and market share growth;
- Accountable for prompt payment collection and manage promotion budgets and resources as to drive productivity and sustainability;
- Visit market regularly to ensure that promotional plans are well executed and identify opportunities to improve in-store merchandising and effective promotion ideas;
- Build strong relationship with key store personnel as to drive sales growth in achieving overall company’s set objectives;
- Keep track of Key Performance Indicators/metrics by using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement;
- Work closely with a team of sales personnel to maximize utilization of manpower and resources.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years sales and key account experience in FMCG;
- Possesses excellent planning, interpersonal & analytical skills with a solid commercial acumen;
- Possesses Class 3 driving license with own vehicle;
