Job Scope:
Prepare and maintain complete set of financial statements and accounting records.
Monitor the cashflow for the UAE office for payroll and running cost.
Monitor MYR balance for administrative cost.
Monitor the maturity of FDs.
Monitor loan mthly retention and quarterly repayment.
Timing update of bank reconciliation and posting of Zero Balancing Account.
Monitor the settlement of inter-co balances
Update Balance Sheet working schedules.
Perform daily DA Desk Prefunding reconciliation.
Highlight and follow up with operators for IMOS issues e.g.
Missing biz rules or wrong IMOS code is selected.
Yearly ship management funding reconciliation.
Prepare audit and tax schedules.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit and tax issues.
Prepare quarterly filing of GST.
