Customer service executive @ HQ (Backend) – Training Provided | Macpherson
Working hours:
5 Days - Mondays to Fridays 10am - 7pm - Basic $2000
6 Days - Mondays to Fridays 10am - 7pm | Sat 9am-6pm – Basic $2200
Working Location: Office/HQ – Macpherson
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. share and explain on leather expertise services and descriptions, product features, pricing and after-sales services. Be a knowledge leader on leather care and maintenance)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing of services
- Cross-sell or upsell services and products
- Ensure shop is neatly maintained and pleasant
- - Manage customer enquiries, process orders, take pics of customer items, stock inventory and follow up on delivery dates
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives and Customer Service team and backend to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Sales Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- To provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
- To identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
- To ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
- Meet and achieve sales quotas as a team
- Job scope as explained - including packing and preparing of bags, make paper stuffing, polish hardware, leather conditioning as needed.
Job Requirements:
- With min. 1-2 year experience in retail customer service
- Candidate who experience with retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
