General Manager/Assistant General Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager and assistant general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and strategies. The incumbents must be experience in all aspects of business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Create and manage budgets
- Evaluate performance and productivity
- Analyse accounting and financial data
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Drive sales and improve revenue
- Ensure business objective, performance and growth targets are met
Requirements:
- Degree in business management
- Proven success and track record in a senior managerial role
- Solid financial knowledge
- Excellent communication; collaboration skills. Understand Chinese culture in depth, and able to communicate with Chinese vendors and clients effectively
- Strong decision-making ability
