Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an Equipment & Instrument Supervisor to join the Construction team.
Main responsibilities include:
- To be in charge of rotating, static and package equipment installation work.
- Supervise the subcontractors´ activities.
- Monitor and supervision on all construction activities include testing and inspection.
- Daily monitor and supervision of all related activities in compliance with project specification.
- Assist and support Pre-commissioning and commissioning team to perform inspection and function test.
- Regularly monitor the equipment and materials delivery status as per construction schedule.
- Responsible for supervising the corresponding construction subcontractor and the preparation of required information for an effective system of supervision control.
- Field instruments calibration & installation according to data sheet, P&ID, hookup, support drawing and lay out drawing.
- Control room frame, panel installation and inspection
- Cable laying, dressing and testing
- Termination and testing
- Cable tray installation and inspection prior to cable pulling
- Fire & Gas installation, inspection and testing
- Supervision for site construction activities
- Piping and Instrumentation (P&ID) reviews
- Preparation of site modification
- Preparation of minutes of meetings
- Coordination and communication with other parties such as contractors and engineering companies
- Preparation of daily and weekly report
- Instruments calibration for transmitters, control valves and switches
- Instrument loop checking
- System package preparation priors to final turn over
- Trouble shooting
