Working Location: North, Accessible from Yio Chu Kang MRT
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6 pm (5 days work week)
Job Description:
- Handling delivery of laptops and accessories
- Updates of asset records in asset tracking system
- Liaising with staff on appointments for issuing and retrieval of laptops
- Handling of faulty laptops and log call with vendor to arrange repair of faulty laptops
- Deployment and imaging of laptops & configure and install of software applications
- Basic troubleshooting of laptops
- Tech Refresh
- Other tasks related to operations related matters
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Proficient in Computer Age Management Services
- Relevant Tech Refresh work experience
